It is not sufficient that we choose a very correct homoeopathic remedy, simultaneously we must be aware of the precautions of the remedy we are to apply, unawareness of these precautions and warnings while applying a remedy, sometimes, may cause irreversible lifetime losses, it often happens, but we are not aware of the same. These precautions and warnings have already been given by great masters of homoeopathy and are scattered in their hundreds of homoeopathic books but are not readily available to our sight; the author tried to compile such paragraphs remedy-wise.
Some clinical records of cures and allegedly said to be specifics for ailments which often occur have also been included in this compilation under the heading “Some Important Tips” which indicate to the remedies not often considered generally in those ailments but may prove very important. To locate the wanted clinical tips out of these tips, an alphabetical repertory based on the rubric System of Synthesis/Kent’s repertory has been prepared which appears at the end of this compilation.

This book covers 292 new and old medicines. Under each medicine the author has listed all the precautions related to that medicine, which have been mentioned in various sources. The author has covered most of the old and new works and the source/author has been mentioned with each precaution. Followed by the precautions that a homeopath must take while prescribing a certain medicine, the author has listed some clinical nuggets and therapeutic hints that are spread across our vast literature and are often difficult to find when needed.
